Ok, finally, the intro to D3D tutorial is up. It's not your avarege, initialize d3d, clear screen and shutdown d3d. This goes over the insides of d3d and explains various concepts that you need to be familiar with. Starting this tutorial you're going to have to download the Common Library to copmile and/or run the sample applications.

On another note, new team member :)

Just wanted to say welcome to Chris Parker - the newest member on the TripleBuffer team. Chris is also going to be writing tutorials/articles along side me.

Plus, now that TripleBuffer actually is a team, the team page actually has something on it. Check it out.

The Math Primer has been updated. A few modifications were made to the section on vector spaces, and some typos, definitions and figures were corrected.

There's also a new "Special Thanks" section on the menu. Check it out.

Yep, this is a big one. It's over 25 pages on a word document and it's filled with exaplanations and diagrams to make it as easy to understand as possible. It clears up some of the main misconseptions and misunderstandings that people have about some of the key concepts in computer graphics.

Anyway, you can find a link to the article on your left. Enjoy.

    30 Apr 2006, 02:03 - We're back.
The new TripleBuffer is finally up and running. You'll find the usual "poll", "latest forum posts" to your right and the "latest updates" on your left. There's also a blog section for the TripleBuffer team (which is currently just me:) that is not a 100% ready yet, but usable.

As for content: Some of our previous articles are back on line. There's a new Guru section that'll have links to top notch posts by specific community individuals.

And the first of the new and improved DirectX tutorials series is online as well. You'll find that in the tutorials section.

Any feedback on the new site and new content would be highly appreciated. You can either email me or post something in the forums

    26 Apr 2006, 16:14 - Some content up
Some content is finally up on the site. The site is not officially live yet, still have to make the transition to the root URL instead of this whole v3 business.

That's going to happen in the next few days. So enjoy the new content.

    23 Mar 2006, 19:03 - New Site Launch
Well the new website is functional. The basic design is in place and te tutorial system is in place (tutorials just have to be added now). There's a poll on your right on the topic of the new website's design so make sure you cast your vote. This website will officially take the place of the old one in just over a month. So if you've been waiting for the new tutorials, then your wait is almost over.
